Media Center Online Ordering Form

Please use the form below for online movie borrowing. If you are contacting us from a library terminal, you must enter your e-mail address in the field below. If you do not have a personal e-mail address, you are still welcome to use our Online Ordering service but please understand that we will be unable to confirm your order.

How does the Media Center Online System work?

You will need a Video Reservation Number in order to check out videos. If you do not have a Video Reservation Number, please contact the Media Center at 650.522.7870 and we will assign you one. At this time, we are unable to generate new reservation numbers online.
Online Orders will be checked daily.
All orders will be processed in the order they were received. If you do not receive a reply by the next day, please call the Media Center at 650.522.7870 and we will check on your order.
Each person is limited to 3 requests per submission and 3 submissions per day.
We will respond via e-mail with the results of your request immediately upon processing if you supply us with your e-mail address in the form below.
All of our regular Media Center policies apply to online ordering.

The Media Center is not a retailer nor is it a distributor.
Our videos are for circulation among Peninsula Library System cardholders.

The Video Reservation Number is location specific; it tells us automatically which library to send your requested material to.
